This hotel is modern, clean and very well located. Everything works and is of a good standard. The breakfast is superb and one of the best I have had in a while. The room was warm and comfortable and in good order.

Really good breakfast buffet and on request we got the most comfortable orthopedic pillows and a flattening iron. Excellent noise protection in the rooms, black out curtains, had a good deep sleep :)

Delightful spacious classic building which feels completely different to most modern cramped, soulless hotels. Rooms were comfortable, breakfast wholesome, location right beside Berlin Story Bunker museum and Anhalter Station. Far enough from city centre to feel too busy but close enough to commute around with ease. Neighbourhood felt safe and there were some decent restaurants nearby. Flexible payment with card or cash which was a relief. If I was returning to Berlin I would stay here again.

The hotel was in a good location and was comfortable and had a fridge which was great it is was very warm during our stay. The restaurant serves lovely food-the set menu was great value. Hired bikes direct from the hotel which made things very easy and the bikes were good quality.

Great location next to Anhalter S-Bahn Station, 10 min walk to Potsdamer Platz. Wonderful breakfast - up to Movenpick standards. One dinner on-site was quite good too. After a bit of a rocky start, staff was quite accommodating and helpful. Our third assigned room was very comfortable and quiet. More on why this was our 3rd assigned room below.

The location of hotel is a minute away from Anhalter station, right across the Story Bunker. I arrived way early before check-in time. They have a room for luggage storage and they were the only hotel during my European trip that would actually name tag the luggage so it felt safe. The hotel has high ceiling and it felt very spacious inside the room. AC worked perfect. Washroom was clean. They provide shampoo/body wash, liquid hand soap, hair dryer, movenpick coffee powder and tea bags, water kettle.

I like the area, the facilities, the room and the courtyard. It is really big property and you see it is well organized . The spaces are really well taken care of. Appreciate the options you have if you renunce the daily cleaning you have 5 euro voucher for the bar. The room was big with all facilities you need. I didn't have the chance to try the sauna but it was available daily from 5pm to 11pm , really nice! They have also a corner with tourists information (activities and tour you can do in Berlin).

The hotel is in a good location, near train and underground stations. In walking distance of Potsdammer Platz, monuments and musuea, as well as Checkpoint Charlie. But also nice to explore Kreuzberg further. You have easy access (by metro) to other neighbourhoods. We liked Markthalle Neun (food hall), for instance, for afternoon drinks. As for facilities in the hotel, we didn't have breakfast or dinner there. We had a drink at the bar. Staff was very friendly and spoke english. As the ceilings are very high in the dining area, we didn't feel there was a lot of atmosphere. And there are so many options around the hotel that it's not a necessity.

Room spacy and bright, big windows you can open for fresh air. Small fridge for you to be used. Good selection at breakfast of all the usual stuff. Location is good, 2min from S-Bahn and Bus. But it is not very close (for walking) to main sights or shopping areas.

it was in a good location and easy to get around to places that I wanted to visit. Walking distance to Check Point Charlie and the downtown area. The hotel was clean, the room was very comfortable and I appreciated the chance to earn a voucher for not needing new towels each day - they covered the cost of breakfast on my last day. The chocolate happy hour was a nice surprise.
